This dish is the perfect weeknight side dish, since it only requires 10 minutes of prep time. If you want the preparation process to go even quicker, we recommend purchasing pre-peeled Garlic (we purchase ours at Costco), and storing it in a freezer bag for easy access.

Ingredients
- 2 large bunches of broccoli, cut into bite sized florets
- 4 to 5 cloves of fresh minced garlic
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup of avocado oil
- Fresh grated black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Line a baking dish with foil and a layer of parchment paper on top.
- Place the broccoli into the pan and drizzle with avocado oil.
- Grate fresh black pepper over the broccoli. Add the minced garlic.
- Combine well, cover with foil, and bake. Check after 20 minutes for desired tenderness.
