We roasted a bone in/skin on Turkey breast on the pellet grill for Thanksgiving, following the recipe as stated and cooked to 165 degrees.
The turkey was moist and flavorful, and received rave reviews from a family that doesn’t generally eat much turkey.
The only thing that was disappointing, was that there were no leftovers!
