We absolutely love anything with avocado, especially our Best Guacamole You Will Ever Make recipe. The two of us were looking to create something light and creamy, and came up with our Avocado Lime Crema.

What Ingredients Do You Need to Make Avocado Lime Crema

We love how simple and easy it is to make, and that it only uses 7 simple ingredients.

  1. Avocado
  2. Cilantro Leaves
  3. Minced Garlic
  4. Sour Cream
  5. Lime Juice
  6. Black Pepper
  7. Cumin

Product recommendations may contain affiliate links to products that we love. We may earn a small commission if you choose to purchase the item.

Simply mix up these ingredients to create the best dip or topping for your favorite dishes. To save time, we use our Chef’n Kale & Greens Stripper.

How to Serve Your Crema

Our Crema is the perfect topping on your fish or shrimp tacos. It would also be delicious drizzled over Halibut or on your favorite fish for that extra wow factor.

We also love to serve it as a dip on our favorite chips (our favorite are the Food Should Taste Good Multigrain Tortilla Chips) or as a dip for your favorite veggies.

How to Store Avocado Lime Crema

Storing your Avocado Lime Crema is simpler than you think. Our method has worked well for us, and ensures it keeps longer in the refrigerator, and avoids the unwanted “browning” common in avocado based dips.

  1. Place your Crema in a small glass jar.
  2. Place a piece of plastic cling wrap over the Crema, ensuring it is touching the Crema.
  3. Place your lid on top of your Crema.

Whether you are looking for a topping for your favorite fish or your new favorite dip to take to your next gathering, this is the dip for you!
