Ingredients
- 1 pound of Asparagus
- 3 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Snap Asparagus. Add 1 tbsp of Avocado Oil to a cast iron griddle. Place snapped Asparagus on a cast iron griddle.
- Cut lemon in half and squeeze over your Asparagus. Drizzle Avocado Oil over Asparagus.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste over your Asparagus, and ensure all spears are well coated with Avocado Oil.
- Turn on your outdoor grill. Place cast iron grill on your grill. Grill Asparagus for 3 to 5 minutes per side, until you reach your desired doneness.
- Pierce Asparagus with a fork. When you can pierce through easily, Asparagus will be ready to serve.
