What You Need to Make Dijon Chicken with Smothered Shallots
- Chicken Breast
- Butter
- Avocado Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Dijon Mustard
- Salt
- Shallots
In the summer, we absolutely love to grow fresh Shallots that are ready to pick fresh from the garden for this dish.
How to Prepare Dijon Chicken with Smothered Shallots
- Melt the butter with Avocado Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the Chicken in a single layer in the butter and Avocado Oil. Flip the chicken over once brown.
- Once the Chicken is brown on all sides, remove Chicken and place on a serving platter, keeping the Chicken warm.
- Place the remaining ingredients in the warm butter and Avocado Oil, except the Shallots. Whisk all of the ingredients together until well combined. Add the shallots, and saute until cooked through.
- Place chicken back into the pot and saute the Chicken until cooked through.
