Get ready to add a burst of flavor and color to your Fourth of July parties with these irresistible Watermelon Fruit Sparklers. Let the festivities begin!

How to Make Watermelon Fruit Sparklers

Making Watermelon Fruit Sparklers is a breeze! Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to creating these delightful treats for your Fourth of July parties:

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Watermelon
  • Blueberries
  • Wooden Skewers

Instructions:

  1. Start by preparing the Watermelon. Slice the watermelon into thick, rectangular pieces, about 1 inch thick. Then, cut these slices into your star shape using a star cookie cutter.
  2. Take a wooden skewer and carefully insert it into the bottom of each star Watermelon slice, making sure it goes through the center. Leave a few inches of the skewer exposed to resemble the handle of a sparkler.
  3. Now, it’s time to add the patriotic touch. Slide a few blueberries onto the exposed part of the skewer, just above the watermelon slice. The blueberries will represent the “spark” of your sparkler. Repeat the process to create your own pattern.
  4. Arrange your Watermelon Fruit Sparklers on a serving platter. For an added touch, you can decorate the platter with fresh mint leaves to enhance the festive look.
  5. Place the platter in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. The coolness of the watermelon will be incredibly refreshing on a warm summer day.

Have fun with the presentation, and feel free to customize your Watermelon Fruit Sparklers by adding other fruits, like Strawberries or Raspberries, for even more vibrant colors. These delicious treats are a tasty addition to your Fourth of July festivities.
