Dijon Chicken with Smothered Shallots has the perfect buttery sauce, and is so easy to prepare with only 8 simple ingredients.


  • 2 lbs of Chicken Breast
  • 2 tablespoons of Butter
  • ¼ cup of Avocado Oil
  • ¼ cup of Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 bunches of Shallots, sliced


  1. Melt the butter with Avocado Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the Chicken in a single layer in the butter and Avocado Oil. Flip the chicken over once brown.
  3. Once the Chicken is brown on all sides, remove Chicken and place on a serving platter, keeping the Chicken warm.
  4. Place the remaining ingredients in the warm butter and Avocado Oil, except the Shallots. Whisk all of the ingredients together until well combined. Add the shallots, and saute until cooked through.
  5. Place chicken back into the pot and saute the Chicken until cooked through.
