We all love a delicious, juicy, and sweet Watermelon on a hot summer day. Nothing says summer like a Quick and Easy Watermelon Salad with Feta and Mint.

Watermelon Salad with Feta and Mint is the perfect way to prepare a fresh Watermelon. This recipe does not overpower your Watermelon and brings out the taste of summer. The lime dressing enhances the sweet flavor, and the Balsamic Glaze adds the perfect finishing touches to bring the salad together.
How to Save Time Making Watermelon Salad with Feta and Mint
Once you have the perfect Watermelon picked out, you can save time by scooping out your Watermelon balls a day before the day you prepare this salad. To store, simply place in a Ziplock bag and keep in the refrigerator for quick and easy assembly. If you are short on time, you can also cube your Watermelon.
While you can prepare a quick Balsamic Glaze at home, we think the store bought version works just as well.
How to Make This Salad
Preparing your Watermelon Salad with Feta and Mint is quick and easy. First, cut the watermelon into cubes or use a melon baller and scoop it into balls. Next, mix the lime juice and olive oil in a small bowl and set aside. Pour the dressing over the Watermelon, add the Feta and Mint, and lightly toss. Finally, drizzle the Balsamic Glaze over the Watermelon, Mint, and Feta. Serve cold and enjoy!
