This quick, easy and light Avocado Lime Crema is bursting with flavor and has many great uses.

- 1 large avocado, mashed until creamy
- 1/2 cup of cilantro leaves, loosely packed then minced (we use the food processor)
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Place the Crema in a covered container. Place a piece of plastic cling wrap over the Crema, ensuring it is touching the Crema. Seal with a lid.
- Refrigerate at least an hour to overnight to allow the ingredients to meld.
