Healthy Pumpkin Bread is packed with fall spices to create the perfect, flavorful bread for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups of White Flour
- 1 cup of Almond Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups (1 can) Canned Pumpkin
- 2 cups White Sugar
- 1/2 cup Avocado Oil
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice
- 6 oz Applesauce
- 6 oz Water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray 2 nonstick loaf pans (9″ x 5″ x 3″).
- Place the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- In another mixing bowl, pour the pumpkin, applesauce, water, oil, and eggs, beat well with a mixer.
- Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the well-greased pans, dividing the batter equally between the two pans.
- Bake at 350°F for one hour. After baking, test for doneness by piercing the middle of the bread with a toothpick ensuring it comes out clean. Add additional time if the toothpick does not come out clean, 5 minutes at a time.
