Description

Our Tropical Berry Smoothie is smooth, creamy, and packed with nutrients. Fast, delicious, and healthy, this smoothie is perfect on the go.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 to 4 Tablespoons of Greek Yogurt
  • ½ of a frozen banana
  • ⅓ cup of chopped frozen mangos
  • ⅓ cup of frozen blueberries
  • ½ to cup of Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup of granola for topping

Optional

  • 1 Tablespoon of ground Flaxseed
  • 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds

Instructions

  1. In a single serve blender container layer the ingredients as follows:
    1. Yogurt, banana, mango, and blueberries.  Add the Almond milk to fill your container.  Add your Flaxseed and Chia seeds (optional).
    2. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with granola if desired.
