Ingredients
Scale
- 3 to 4 Tablespoons of Greek Yogurt
- ½ of a frozen banana
- ⅓ cup of chopped frozen mangos
- ⅓ cup of frozen blueberries
- ½ to ⅓ cup of Almond Milk
- ¼ cup of granola for topping
Optional
- 1 Tablespoon of ground Flaxseed
- 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
Instructions
- In a single serve blender container layer the ingredients as follows:
- Yogurt, banana, mango, and blueberries. Add the Almond milk to fill your container. Add your Flaxseed and Chia seeds (optional).
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with granola if desired.
