- 16 oz can of Fire-roasted Tomatoes
- 16 oz of frozen (or fresh) sliced Okra
- 2 tablespoons of Avocado Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Pour 2 tablespoons of Avocado Oil into your skillet.
- Add your Okra to the skillet. On medium heat, stir your frozen or fresh Okra until cooked thoroughly, stirring often for about 15 minutes.
- When the Okra begins to turn bright green, add your can of fire-roasted tomatoes. Continue to cook until most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring often, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot. Add salt to taste.
